  • Owner & resident Handpoke Tattooist

    HI, I’M PERI

I began my tattooing practice in a rooftop apartment in Pokhara, Nepal. Nomadic journeying would reveal endless intricate inspiration on temple walls and ceremonial robes, embroidered and carved into the world overseas. Tattoo guides would briefly cross my path to uplevel my work, bearing tools, wisdom and embers of inspiration. But at the root, I am Self Taught.

I resonate with the Slow movement; slow fashion, slow music, slow food and slow tattooing. My process isn’t highly efficient, it delights in the tedium, the intricate design process, the meticulous and monotonous nature of Handpoke. This process evokes the trance state, and this is where it crosses over into ceremony, onto the hallowed ground of ritual.

Simply stated, this is where the magic awakens.

After almost a decade living nomadically with my partner, Angus, we are now rooted in our mystical abode outside Asheville, NC with our two delightfully wild boys, Atlas & Omen. This is also where we run our frankincense business, SmokeWalkers. We can often be found distilling frankincense oil, listening to traditional bluegrass while reading Hafiz poetry.

  • A student of Mother Earth and devotee to the medicine path.

Beth is an integrative and deeply intuitive bodyworker that works with the person to find balance through massage, somatic guidance, energetic medicine and nervous system regulating techniques.

  • Owner and guide of Rites

A guide for folks through intense rites of passages, including scarification and suspension. He walks this path with reverence and respect, following a deep resonant calling from within. Holding the ceremony as a silent observer, he guides the journey without any judgment, pressure or hype. Simply tending the space for you to face yourself.

To Adore the temple is to worship at its feet.

Honored To Adorn.
